Lifetime Assistance Foundation seeks a key member of the
leadership team to raise funds in support of our mission. The
Capital Campaign Manager:
Implements the campaign plan using identified methods to meet
or exceed both short and long-term financial goals.
Strengthens the philanthropic culture among board members,
voluntary leaders, donors, and staff.
Cultivates and maintains long-term, strong, collaborative
relationships with key donors, stakeholders and internal and
external leaders to achieve stated mutual goals.
Reports to the Coordinator of Development
Works with Coordinator of Development and President and CEO to
ensure consistent, high-quality donor relations.
Oversees successful achievement of set evaluation criteria
metrics, and provides regular reports to measure progress.
The Capital Campaign Manager will be part of a professional
team of three, who administer special events, grants
administration, planned giving programs, government relations, and
gift administration and stewardship.
$72-86K Full-Time Temporary (24 month period)
The Lowry Center and two other day program sites require
renovations to better meet the changing needs and demographics of
those we serve.
A recent Feasibility Study showed strong support for capital
and endowment needs.
The newly organizing Capital Campaign program includes
individual donors, corporate sponsors, support from families, and
foundations with extraordinary untapped gift potential.
A robust grants program receives support from private and
public sources for restricted needs. These foundation prospects
will be primary targets for the Capital Campaign.
Planned gifts and building the endowment fund is an important
focus for the future.
Development Coordinator Provides
oversight for all development staff and activities and plays a key
role in all fundraising and public relations activities.
Administrative Assistant Assists
Development Coordination and senior administrators by providing
administrative, clerical, and support services. Assumes
responsibility for coordination and completion of various
administrative, support functions and special events as
Overall Capital Campaign management and organization including
strategic cultivation and solicitation of high-level donor
Drive the process for Capital Campaign prospect tracking, task
assignments, and donor/ gift stewardship while motivating
volunteers to adhere to timelines.
Scheduling meetings, preparing talking points, assembling
presentations, and preparation of proposals and materials for
Overseeing acknowledgement of all Capital Campaign gifts and
pledges and preparation of pledge payment reminders and pledge
Creating systems to manage Capital Campaign correspondence and
deliverables including grant proposals, individual proposals,
on-site tour narratives, Campaign communication publications,
meeting minutes, and Campaign budgets.
Motivating and mobilizing Campaign Cabinet assignments and
follow-ups, and assisting in all aspects of high-level
Supporting Campaign Cabinet as they conduct lead gift
cultivation and solicitation activities through communication,
coordination and attending strategy meetings when appropriate.
Supports the Announcement and Public Phase of the Campaign
including advertising, press releases, special events, ribbon
cuttings, direct mail, e-mail, social media, on-line giving, and
overall strategies for Capital Campaign completion.
Creation and implementation of formal stewardship program with
naming opportunities to acknowledge and thank all donors to the
-Bachelors Degree Required, CFRE Accreditation preferred
-3-5 years experience with successful track record
-Established strong relationships and connections within the

-Proven results securing 5 and 6-figure gifts from individual,
corporate and foundation sources.
