Established and growing Braintree based non-profit Property Owner/Management Company seeks a qualified, enthusiastic and experienced individual to work with low income residents from diverse backgrounds and assist with management and operations of affordable housing portfolio of properties located in Greater Boston.
This is a full time position based out of our Braintree office with weekly travel to properties and housing court(s) as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, people, and organizational skills. This position requires an individual to be able to work well independently, manage staff, and possess a professional demeanor at all times, as well as handle multiple tasks with a good sense of humor.
The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
Be proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.
Rental screening experience.
Building Maintenance Management
HUD HQS and REAC inspections
Budget preparation and review of monthly financial statements
Solicitation of bids for repairs and capital improvements
Yardi Property Management software experience a plus
Prior affordable housing experience desired
